Seitan Limania
Der Strand Seitan Limania, auch Stefanou-Strand genannt, liegt 22 km nordöstlich von Chania, in einer schmalen Meeresbucht an der Ostseite der Halbinsel Akrotiri. Der kleinste einzigartige Strand mit feinen Kieselsteinen und Sand liegt sehr abgelegen, gut versteckt und unorganisiert. Es ist zwischen steilen Klippen der Halbinsel natürlich geformt, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist gut vor Wellen geschützt.
Der Strand von Seitan Limania war früher ein geheimer Strand, der nur von wenigen Menschen besucht wurde, die seine Schönheit entdeckt hatten, während er ab 2010 berühmt wurde, nachdem die Asphaltstraße den Ort erreicht hatte. Besonders in der Hauptsaison ist der Strand meist überfüllt. Der Zugang zum Strand ist jedoch ziemlich anspruchsvoll, da vom Parkplatz aus ein schmaler steiler Weg für ca. 15 Minuten zum Strand führt, daher sind Sportschuhe sehr zu empfehlen.
