Villa Kalypso combines traditional island architecture with modern facilities, offering 3 bedrooms and a private pool. One master bedroom with double bed, one twin bedroom, and another open plan twin bedroom (with small living room) are provided. Two couches in the main living room area are also available.

The guests can enjoy two bathrooms (one with bathtub and another with shower), another room with hydromassage, and workout equipment.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, and a toaster. Moreover, the Villa Kalypso provides air-condition in the living room and bedrooms, heating, TV (living room 42", bedroom 22"), satellite connection, sound system, DVD, CD player, first aid box, safe box, iron, mirror, hair dryer, good quality bedsheets (100% linen), hypoallergic pillows, bathgowns, slippers and a washing machine. Finally, the villa offers a private parking and individual entrance radio control.
