Southern Paradise Villas are three new, luxury 3-bedroom Villas, each with a private pool, at 300 meters only from the lovely sandy beach of Kalamaki. All guests can enjoy a few very nice restaurants in short walking distance. Two mini-markets are also easily accessible on foot.
Every villa has an open plan area with a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances and a dining table. One bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite bathroom are provided on the ground floor while two more bedrooms with king size beds and two en-suite bathrooms are offered on the top floor in every Villa.
A big refrigerator, an electric kitchen, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided. Satellite TV and wireless internet are offered. Air-condition is also provided in every bedroom and in the open plan area.
Every Southern Paradise Villa has a private courtyard and a private pool of about 20 sq m. A few sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.
Kalamaki is a seaside village with a beautiful, long sandy beach 5 km west of Chania. Here the guests can enjoy several beach taverns, restaurants and cafes. Mini-markets and all the daily facilities are provided in the village.
