  • "Emmanuel and Yannis were terrific hosts. They were extremely responsive and very helpful from the time we booked and throughout our stay. This is a great villa, which looks just like the photos. Three basic but very comfortable bedrooms. Good outdoor dining and relaxing by the pool. Beautiful views overlooking the sea and for watching the sunset. We really appreciated all of the personal touches and hosts who went the extra mile to make it a great stay!"

  • "Emmanuel and Yannis were amazing hosts and we really appreciated Maria's help as well. The views of Falasarna Beach were spectacular from every window in the villa, and they were plentiful. The location was perfect to visit Chania, Balos Beach and Elafonisi Beach all within reasonable driving distances. We loved the villa's layout. It was perfect for the 4 of us traveling together. Upon our arrival, we found a freshly baked delicious spinach pie and some local pastries that they had left for us. These were more than welcome since we had a very late arrival (due to ferry delays). So thoughtful! The villa is within walking distance to 2 restaurants and a short drive to many others, grocery store, bakery and a pharmacy. We also cooked in their fully equipped kitchen and bbq'd. Don't think about it...just book it!"

The host was extremely responsive and was available every time we needed something. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would 1000% stay here again."

  • "The villa is magnificent, just like on the pictures and even better. A breathtaking view, especially at sunset. The equipment of the house is complete (various types of coffee maker, independent air conditioning in every room, mosquito nets, quality gas BBQ, etc.). The nearby beach is very nice (can be reached by car)."

Jasmine Villa is a brand new 3-bedroom maisonette style Villa, located just 3.5 km from the sandy beach of Falasarna and 400 meters away from a few sea view taverns and restaurants. A private pool with lovely panoramic views of Falassarna beach, sun loungers and deck chairs are available in the pool area, as well as a shaded outdoor seating area and an outdoor dining area.

The Villa offers in the ground floor a modern, sea view, open plan living room area with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. A bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and a small WC with a washing machine are also available in the ground floor.

The top floor of the Villa offers two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite shower bathroom and has access to one or two private sea view furnished balconies. Every bedroom is air-conditioned. Free wireless internet and private parking space are also available.

More restaurants, taverns, cafes, mini-markets and pharmacies can be found within 5-minute driving. The Villa is about 48 km west of the city of Chania and 11 km west of the town of Kissamos.
