Kassiopeia Villa i Chania town, Chania

Kassiopeia Villa is a sea view, luxury 3-bedroom villa with a private pool and amazing panoramic sea views of Souda bay, located about 5 km from the town of Chania and 8 km from the sandy beach. Supermarkets and taverns are easily accessible within a few minutes drive.

The lovely villa offers a spacious open plan area with a corner seating area with smart TV with Netflix and Home Cinema, a dining area and another living room area with a fireplace on the first floor. Amazing sea views and access through glass doors to a furnished veranda with and outdoor seating area are provided from the open plan area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a shower bathroom are provided on the same level.

One master bedroom with a king-size bed an en-suite shower bathroom and a second bedroom with a double bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom are offered on the first floor as well.

One more bedroom with two single beds and a furnished balcony is provided on the top floor of the villa.

A private pool of up to 1.20 meters depth with great sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas and a beautiful garden are available. Free wireless internet, air-condition, washing machine and private parking space are offered.

Please also note that the older owners of the villa sometimes stay in the ground floor of the building but have no access to the pool area or the garden.

Guests can enjoy the picturesque town of Chania at 5 km away and a few famous sandy beaches of the area (Marathi, Loutraki, Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Kalyves) within a short driving distance.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été captivés par la vue splendide qui s'offrait à nous, une véritable carte postale qui s'étendait sous nos yeux chaque jour. La communication avec notre hôte était exemplaire ; il était toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous assurer un séjour confortable, que ce soit avant, pendant, ou même après notre départ. La villa elle-même est une merveille, spacieuse et superbement équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plus encore. Elle est beaucoup plus grande qu'elle ne paraît sur les photos, ce qui a été une agréable surprise. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût et les aménagements sont de haute qualité. La localisation est également parfaite. Située à proximité de La Canée, elle offre un accès facile à de nombreux sites touristiques et plages de l'ouest de la Crète. En conclusion, je recommande++++

Our stay at Kassiopeia Villa was everything we could have wished for: peaceful, light and airy, spotlessly clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished. There was lots of outdoor seating, especially appreciated after being cooped up indoors during a dreary British winter. The view over Souda and the bay was fantastic, especially beautiful at dawn. Access to restaurants and supermarkets was very easy and some fascinating places such as Aptera archaeological site, Hania old harbour and a gorgeous wooded valley and village at Meskla not too much of a drive away. Emmanuel was very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
