Beautiful Villa à Maleme, La Canée

Beautiful Villa is a beautiful, traditional 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool and lovely gardens, located in the peaceful village of Zounaki, at about 6 km from the shingle beach of Maleme. A brewery with a traditional cafe-restaurant can be found at 400 meters from the villa and many more restaurants and a supermarket at about 6 km away. The picturesque old town of Chania is 25 km away.

The pool level of the villa offers a spacious open plan living room area with a projector and direct access to the pool area as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with an energy fireplace. One bedroom with two bunk beds and a common shower bathroom are also provided on this level.

The top level of the villa has two bedrooms with a double bed each, a common bathroom with a bathtub and large balcony with panoramic nature views. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, TV in every bedroom, washing machine and a dryer are provided.

An attached studio with a separate external entrance from the garden is also offered on the ground floor level and provides a double bed, a small kitchenette with a fridge and a shower bathroom.

A private swimming pool of about 20 sqm, sun loungers and sun umbrellas are provided. There is also a lovely pergola with barbecue facilities, a pizza oven, and a small bar. All guests can enjoy the private gardens of the villa and taste the fresh fruits from the trees of the villa or from nearby yards, that belong to the same owner.

This is an authentic Greek home on a mountain side with the perks of modern comfort. The views are beautiful and the hosts were very attentive attentive.
