Classy Villa is a traditional 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, which is located in the picturesque town of Archanes. Only 12 km from the city of Heraklion, it provides a peaceful escape, while the nearest sandy beach is just 14 km away.

Accessed from street level, the Classy Villa unfolds with two bedrooms on the ground floor. Ascend the wooden staircase to the upper level, revealing a generous open-plan area that extends to the private pool and the welcoming courtyard.

A warm, open-plan space features a charming wooden floor and an inviting fireplace surrounded by comfy armchairs. The fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table complements the cozy ambiance.

Classy Villa features three spacious bedrooms accommodating up to 7 guests. Two charming bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a double and a single bed. The top floor hosts another bedroom with a double bed. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub on each floor, ensuring convenience and comfort.

An electric cooker, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen, a television, a DVD player and sound system in the living room, a television in two bedrooms, as well as wireless internet access and air-condition in every bedroom are provided in the villa.

A private swimming pool (3.50 meters width, 9.50 meters length, up to 1.10 meters depth) with sun loungers and two sun umbrellas, BBQ facilities and a wood oven are provided, creating the most ideal place to enjoy the summer sun.

Nestled in Crete's heart, about 12 kilometers south of Heraklion, Archanes exudes charm and rich history of about 5,000 years. Once a thriving Minoan hub, it now captivates with meticulously restored old houses, lively squares, and delicious local cuisine.
