Deep Blue Villa is a lovely 5-bedroom Villa with an ecological private pool, at about 400 meters from the sandy beach of Stavros, where are many taverns and restaurants. It has two bedrooms with a double bed each, one bedroom with a semi-double bed plus an additional bed if needed, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and three bathrooms (one of them is en-suite bathroom).
Deep Blue Villa is 270 sq m in a private plot of 4000 sq m with extended grassy landscape and local trees in the village of Stavros, about 14 km from Chania. The private swimming pool is about 65 sq m.
An open plan living room area with a fireplace and satellite TV, a dining table, and the main fully-equipped kitchen are provided on the ground floor. One bedroom with a semi double bed, one common bathroom with a bathtub, a second kitchen with a dining table, and one spacious veranda with pergola and seating corner are provided on the ground floor.
One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, and two bedrooms with two single and one common bathroom with a bathtub are offered on the top level. You can enjoy lovely sea and mountain views from the balcony on the upper floor.
Air-condition in every bedroom and in the open plan living room area, a barbecue corner, a pergola with an outdoor dining table, and four shaded parking places are provided. A private chef, a daily cleaning lady, and a masseur can be arranged on request.
Stavros is a calm, beautiful village next to the sea, about 14 km from the town of Chania with a few taverns and restaurants. Two mini markets are easily accessed by the Villa.
