A lovely swimming pool in the courtyard (with seperate children pool), pool/snack bar, lounge with fireplace, breakfast room and reception are offered. There is a sandy beach 800m from the apartments, the main sandy beach of Stavros at 1,7 km, and the Tersanas beach at 2 km.

Every studio or apartment has individual air-condition, and fully equiped kitchen with fridge, small electric oven and boiler. 

Lush gardens in a lovely grassy landscape are provided.
