  • "What a superb holiday location. The Villa is well laid out for two families, and the close vicinity to the beach and restaurants is superb. A few of the restaurants have play areas for the children so you can relax and there’s a mini mark within a few minutes walk from the villa. No need to rent a car as it’s all on your doorstep. Our hosts were so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better service from them."

We were 7 adults and 3 small children and we had more than enough room to be comfortable. There is a magnificent swimming pool at an ideal depth throughout and in a lovely setting, serviced every day by the pool attendant. We spent most of the time in the villa either around the pool or at the large table at the side that was in the shade. The owner was very helpful and provided a cot and high chair for the 11-month old in our party. We would gladly return there."

Une villa rustique mais très spacieuse. La salle de bain du rez de chaussée est un peu petite et ancienne mais fonctionnelle. La piscine est grande et peu profonde. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a l'air conditionné partout. Il y a deux supermarket à proximité. Le propriétaire est super accessible et très réactif par message. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

We had a really great time in Crete and the stay at Emmanuel & Yannis’s listing contributed to that! The villa was clean, we had all the amenities we needed, the owner Mr Antonis was always super friendly and responded quickly. The pool area is great, the exterior is super green and private and we loved that. Definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back anytime!

We had an amazing 2 week holiday in Beautiful Stavros. Antonis was the perfect host. He was always available for our needs. We have had a family holiday (9 of us) for the past 12 years traveling to Spain or Greece. This was one of our favourite holiday's. And the best hosts. Thank you so very much.

This is great villa near two wonderful beaches in Stavros. The setting is lovely and the house is very spacious. We were 7 adults and 3 small children and we had more than enough room to be comfortable. There is a magnificent swimming pool at an ideal depth throughout and in a lovely setting, serviced every day by the pool attendant. We spent most of the time in the villa either around the pool or at the large table at the side that was in the shade. The owner was very helpful and provided a cot and high chair for the 11-month old in our party.
The villa is well located, a few minutes walk to the beaches and 2-3 minutes for the local mini-markets, one of which also has a good taverna next to it. We would gladly return there.

Our hosts were so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better service from them. The Villa was clean and had air con throughout which was a blessing for the kids after a long day at the beach and in the pool.

We have been two weeks in the Golden Sea Villa in august.
Two families, with a total of four adults and 5 young children.
The accommodation is just perfect for two families’ needs, and also perfect in ‘corona times’ as it allows independent living and dining.
A lot of amenities are available, including high speed WiFi and smart TVs in each apartment, very useful to have the kids watching Netflix while the adults are chilling with a couple of beers on the patio :)
It is close enough to a fantastic beach (walking distance) and in reach of all the Chania area, less than 2 hrs from Elafonisi and approx 1hr from the Samaria Gorges’ walk.
The owner is an outstanding host.
Extremely recommended!

A fabulous Greek family home located in picturesque residential area, just short walking distance to the Zorba Beach. The Owner and his parents were very generous hosts that treated us as we were a part of their family. We really enjoyed welcome gifts especially salad olive oil. :) We loved staying their home so much that we are already planning to come back. Thank you so very much.
