Iakinthi Villa in Stavros, Chania

The 3-bedroom Iakinthi Villa in Stavros, Akrotiri is located 600 meters only from an excellent sandy beach (sunset beach) in the area of Stavros and 800 meters from the very beautiful blue beach, in a private plot of 4.000 sq m. The center of Stavros is 1100 meters away with many local taverns, mini markets and another very nice sandy beach. The town of Chania is 15 km away. A private swimming pool among lovely gardens with a mix of palm trees, pine trees and local plants is provided.

The first floor of the Villa is a big open area divided in two levels, which include an open plan living room with a big flat screen TV, a big fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a small wc on the upper level, and another smaller living room with a fireplace on the lower level.

Three bedrooms with one ensuite bathroom and another common bathroom are provided on the top floor. The master bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with one double bed and two single beds respectively.

Iakinthi Villa has a private swimming pool at the center of a spacious garden, where guests can relax on comfortable sun beds. Big sun umbrellas and a variety of plants and trees with many colors and smells are provided. The whole area of the plot of the villa is 4500 sqm.

A stone-built barbecue, air-conditioning units in all bedrooms, free wireless internet, a private shaded parking area, washing machine, iron, microwave, big electric kitchen, big refrigerator, dishwasher, espresso and filter coffee machine are provided.

Good quality bedding and comfortable beds. Very flexible check in and check out for all our different flight timings. The pool was delightful and we liked all the different beaches around Stavros. We had an incredible week long stay at this beautiful home in Stavros. The owners and caretakers were so helpful and accommodating, sending excellent recommendations for local beaches & restaurants, and even dropping off freshly baked goodies twice during our stay! We were an extended family of 5 (22 month old, mom & dad and grandparents) and the owners were so sweet in setting up the home and dropping off special toys (a ride on car) for our son. We could not have asked for a more beautiful and relaxing stay.
