Iridanos Villa is a brand new, 3-bedroom stone built Villa with a private pool and nice sea views, 550 meters from the mixed sandy and shingle beach of Kissamos. A few beachfront restaurants can be found is short walking distance. Many super markets and shops are available in the centre of the town of Kissamos, which is 2 km away.

Iridanos Villa is a sea-view ground floor level villa of 160 sq m with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table and an office area is provided. Balcony doors offer access to the garden and pool area from the living room and kitchen area with lovely sea views.

One master bedroom with a queen size bed and another single bed, and two twin bedrooms are offered, as well as one bathroom with a bathtub and a second shower bathroom. Air conditioning, free wireless internet, washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided.

The pool area features a private pool with a children's corner and hydro massage, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. An outdoor shaded seating area and a lovely sea view garden with grass and flowers surrounded by a green landscape offer guests a relaxing time. Barbecue facilities and private parking space are available.

The famous beach of Falassarna is 15 km away, and the unique beach of Elafonisi is 40 km away. The town of Chania is 34 km east.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber haben sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Es wurde zwischendurch geputzt und wir bekamen Zutaten für ein Barbecue. Im Haus und rundum ist alles wie auf den Fotos. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch Gewürze und Grundzutaten waren da. Einziges Manko ist die Straße, die man doch hört. In der Umgebung kann man viel machen.
