Kappa Apartment is a just renovated 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of the charming town of Chania. Conveniently located just 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the nearest sandy beach, it is placed on the middle floor of a small building with all everyday amenities such as cafes, restaurants, bakery shops, and a supermarket, all within a very short walking distance.

The welcoming open-plan area offers a comfortable sofa, a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. A big refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an electric kitchen, a boiler, and a coffee maker are provided.

One bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a washing machine are provided. A smart TV, a wardrobe and an office space are also available. Air-condition and free wireless internet are provided.

Guests can enjoy in very short walking distance a few cafes, taverns and restaurants. The entrance to the famous old town is just a short 150-meter walk away.

"The place is sparkling clean and well situated. An easy 2 min walk to the shops and local restaurants and 5 min walk to the old town entrance. Quiet and private, so we had rested well everyday. Also good amenities for a longer stay with kitchen and washing machine available. The host is very friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. We can recommend."

It is five mins walk to everywhere and 2 mins to the bus station if you want to travel by bus anywhere. Yannis and Emmanuel were extremely responsive. The iron was not working and Yannis replaced it within the hour. Yannis and checked in with us regularly during our stay to see if we needed help with anything. The bedroom is big and the bed is large and comfortable. We had a great time and have no hesitation in recommending Yannis and Emmanuel’s apartment to anyone looking for the perfect spot in Chania."

The place is two blocks away from old town in a quiet area surrounded by 4 coffee shops on the same block and a super market one block away. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, la posizione è ottima per girare la parte ovest dell'isola di Creta. Si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi il centro di Chania (10 min.) ed è pieno di ristoranti e bar. Emmanuel è super gentile e disponibile a suggerire ogni tipo di indicazione. Consigliatissimo!
