The kitchen was well-stocked and it was wonderful to have the washers. The views from Kassiopeia Villa were spectacular-get up early to enjoy a sunrise. With countless balconies, a beautiful pool, and lovely furnishings, it was the perfect place to come home after exploring Crete. We give Kassiopeia our highest rating. More comfortable than many 5-star resorts and a fraction of the price. We have already recommended it to our friends and travel agent!! Thank you, Emmanuel and Yannis"

"Stunning. Often, listings do not live up to their online photos. Not this villa. Even more beautiful in person. The host met us at the property and were super nice and responsive throughout. The villa is a bit out of Chania (10-12 minute drive) but still close enough to shoot into town for dinner, etc. But because it is outside (and up on a hilltop) it has beautiful breezes and is very quiet and peaceful. Would go back....."

The service and communication from Emmanuel and Yannis at TheHotel.gr was outstanding. They cover information about the villa, renting a car, driving directions, places to see and places to eat. They were extremely responsive and even took the time to check in with us just to see how we were doing. Do not hesitate to book with them. You will not be disappointed!"

There was lots of outdoor seating, especially appreciated after being cooped up indoors during a dreary British winter. The view over Souda and the bay was fantastic, especially beautiful at dawn. "Loved everything about this place. My family spent a wonderful week here.. grandparents, parents and two teenaged kids and it was absolutely perfect for all of us. We drove to many stunning beaches, explored the ruins at Knossos and spent many evenings exploring nearby Chania and eating at its wonderful restaurants. Best of all though was coming back to our beautiful villa with its stunning views, comfortable beds, large swimming pool, well equipped kitchen and huge living spaces. Thank you Emmanuel for all your help and for giving us such a fantastic family holiday."

We spent a very nice week at Villa Kassiopeia. The care by Emmanuel was excellent. The tips, especially regarding the restaurants, were excellent. The house corresponds in every respect to the pictures and descriptions. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The service was excellent. No complaints. We will be happy to come back.

This villa has amazing views, modern upscale design and total privacy. Big plus that pool is not in easy access if you have small kids. Hosts greeted us and were very helpful through out our stay. Thank you for wonderful time!

Had a wonderful stay in Kassiopeia villa with friends. The Villa has a panoramic view to die for over Souda Bay. The Villa was fully equipped with all requirements needed for our stay. You will need a car but everything is only a short drive away for airport shopping,beaches and places to eat with in 10-15 mins away. For beaches Marathi is 15 mins drive.
