Lagremha Villa is a brand new, seafront Villa with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a lovely infinity pool, located in the peaceful area of Agios Pavlos in south Rethymno.

A sea view open plan area with a dining table, a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen with another dining area is provided in the middle of the Villa. Two cozy seating areas indoors and outdoors are also available.

On the west and east sides of the fully air-conditioned house there are two bedrooms with double bed and en-suite bathrooms, as well as two bedrooms with single beds and a separate bathroom each. All bedrooms have doors to the pool terrace and sea views. Full underfloor heating for wintertime and spring is provided.

A lovely infinity pool of 57 square meters with waterfall and air jets is provided outside. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also offered. An outdoor barbecue and a beautiful garden with local trees is provided. Please note that the pool can be heated, if needed, with the additional cost of 90 Euros per day.

A Jeep style car is suggested in order to visit the nearby seaside village of Agios Pavlos and the unique beaches of the area. The sandy beaches of the small village of Agios Pavlos can be found at about 4 km, and the unique beach of Triopetra at about 8 km. The town of Agia Galini is about 14 km away, and the traditional village of Spili about 25 km away.

The hosts were available for questions and with help from long before we arrived (they even sent me the local fish monger‘s cell number) through to the early morning hour when we left. We could not have hoped for more. The house itself is gracious and large and perfectly appointed. You have to like being a bit remote, which is what we were looking for. It‘s simply perfect for days of swimming, hiking, cooking together, or eating in the excellent local tavernas. We are hoping to be back."

If you are looking for a getaway from your busy life and purely focus on nature, the sun, recharging your batteries and the people that you share this beautiful accommodation with, than this Airbnb is a real gem for you! We had a wonderful stay with very helpful support from a great team. You do need a rental car to reach this house but that is the price for seclusion. We are very grateful we could stay there and enjoy the last bits of Summer.

We were two families together and we had an AMAZING stay. Stunning property, everything about the stylish and gorgeous Villa Lagremha is top quality, from the meet and greet, the beds, and the furnishings etc. Extremely well equipped and thought out place. The pool was incredible, delightful views in a spectacular location to get away from it all. The tavernas and beaches around were wonderful. Emmanuel & Yannis and their team were very attentive, they messaged to ask if all was well for us and responded to a query of mine immediately. Highly highly recommended, would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. We will be back!
