Levanda Villa is a lovely 3-bedroom Villa with a private pool and very beautiful sea views, 3 km from the sandy beach of Falassarna and 400 meters away from a few very nice local taverns with Cretan food. A private pool with very beautiful panoramic sea views is offered.
Levanda Villa has a modern, sea view, open plan area with a living room corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area on the ground floor. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and a small wc with a washing machine are also provided on this floor.
The upper floor of the Villa has two more bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom offers a private en-suite shower bathroom and has access to one or two private sea view furnished balconies. Every bedroom is air-conditioned.
A lovely sea view private pool with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and a small barbecue corner are offered in the courtyard of the Villa. Private parking space is also available.
A few taverns and restaurants can be found within walking distance. Mini-markets can be found within a 5-minute driving. The Villa is about 50 km west of the picturesque city of Chania and 11 km west of the town of Kissamos. The tropical Elafonisi beach is about 45 km away.
