Modern City Apartment is an upper floor 2-bedroom Apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely dining area with a fireplace. It is located in the tranquil neighborhood of Agios Ioannis, a few meters from a mini-market, a bakery shop and a gym, a 5-minute walk from many tavernas and cafes.
Two bedrooms are provided, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two twin beds. A fifth guest can also sleep on the big sofas in the living room area. One bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is offered.
An open plan area with a sofa corner, a TV, and a nice dining table is provided. A separate fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator, a big electric kitchen, a microwave, a boiler and two coffee makers are offered. Air-condition in every bedroom and the living room area is provided.
A car is needed in order to visit the nearby sandy beaches and the old town of Chania (2 km away). There is also frequent bus connection with the center of Chania.
