The house is large and clean and there is everything you need. The garden is beautiful and also very large, so we found a lot of relaxation. The pool has an adult area and a baby area, we really liked that. There is also a swing, a slide, and balls - with which the children had a lot of fun. Every morning we picked fresh oranges from the trees for a delicious and healthy breakfast. "We have an absolutely wonderful stay. The garden and the pool area is stunning -- so relaxing and beautifully landscaped. You can just pick the oranges straight off the trees and eat them. The host was wonderful and there was a lovely basket of local fruit and veg for us on arrival. The location is also perfect. There is a fantastic restaurant -- Frosini's Garden -- just up the road. It was two minutes in the car but walkable in 10 minutes. I would also recommend the Cretan Brewary very close by which brews its own craft ale and has a lovely terrace for sampling the beers, and the ancient olive tree of Vouves which is also just a short trip in the car. We stayed here with our two-year-old son and he had a wonderful time. Great for families. Five stars all round -- thanks for a wonderful holiday!"

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans la villa, qui avait tout le confort nécessaire. Le jardin et ses orangers sont magnifiques, la piscine très propre et le village très agréable, loin du bruit des hôtels côtiers! Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec le sourire et un panier garni de fruits et légumes locaux à notre arrivée! Nous étions idéalement situés pour visiter la côte Ouest de la Crète, qui est paradisiaque (Balos, Falassarna...).

Good location for exploring western Crete , only 30 minutes form Chania Need to drive to tavernas.
Some background noise one evening per week until the early hours. Easy booking.

Well equipped villa,
Spectacular garden and views,
Great base for exploring Western Crete The owner is a fantastic host, very welcoming with a huge basket of fresh fruit veg, olive oil, wine, marmalade, etc, etc, the list goes on. He is full of local knowledge and came out at the drop the hat to fix anything and even constructed a stair gate for our children.
We had a great communication from the staff at TheHotel.gr too and a very nice welcome package.
The main draw of the villa is the fantastic garden and pool. It really was stunning; the pool was clean, warm and safe for the kids (we were always with them). It was a joy to watch the swallows dip in for a drink and for us to swim at night watching the stars and having the bats fly around our heads. The garden has many orange trees which are completely organic, we picked and juiced to our hearts content and the children juiced some for the villagers to say thank you for their hospitality. The juice is so fresh and sweet and we miss it so much now we are back home! The garden has olive trees, roses and many more tropical plants, with a bbq, shaded dining area and an old (safe) well in the middle. It has fantastic views across to the surrounding hills. The villa also has 2 balconies to take in these views and dine al fresco.
The villa is very well equipped with a good kitchen, 2 bathrooms, air con, a washing machine, cleaning products (really good with a young family). It is in a fantastic village location, with great walks around and even better locals who will welcome you in with a raki. My advice is to learn some basic Greek, get a hire car and explore.

Beaucoup d'espace, entretien très régulier, équipement très complet. Cette location ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Véhicule indispensable.
Des moustiques le soir mais il y a des diffuseurs à brancher à disposition et quelques guêpes autour de la piscine, mais nous n'avons jamais été importunés. Cette villa mérite définitivement son nom. Les propriétaires l'ont conçue et décorée avec soin. Leur panier de bienvenue défie toute générosité, débordant entre autres de fruits et légumes locaux. Le gâteau à l'orange et les oranges confites étaient à tomber par terre !
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au milieu des orangers. La villa est très confortable, très calme aussi en dehors des week-ends où les gens du coin se rassemblent pour écouter de la musique tard dans la nuit, comme partout en Crète.
Pour les courses, on trouve de tout à quelques kilomètres, soit à Voukolies vers l'intérieur des terres, soit à Tavronitis vers la mer.
La taverne Frosinis de Giorgos à 800 mètres vaut plus que le détour et, sur la plage de Tavronitis, le village côtier le plus proche, la taverne Anemomilos sert, entre autres spécialités locales, le meilleur tzatziki que nous ayons jamais dégusté.

Everything was perfect we had an amazing week at Nature Heaven Villa. The owner and the people from thehotel.gr helped us a lot. We can definitely recommend this villa but you'll have to rent a car because it's easier to get to it. It's not far from everything, it's in the middle but hard to get there without a car. The pool the orange trees and everything else was just amazing! definitely worth it

TheHotel.gr hat bei Hilferuf sofort reagiert. Abwicklung sehr problemlos
Vermieter offen, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, sehr gastfreundlich.
Einfach nur empfehlenswert (TheHotel.Gr und Vermieter) Keine Siehe Vorteile. Exzellent gepflegtes Grundstück mit sehr vielen Orangenbäumen, die verzehrt werden dürfen. Außergewöhnlich herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung über die gesamte Zeit mit allem, was das Herz nicht nur hinsichtlich leiblichen Wohl begehrt.

An excellent holiday villa for two people amidst green olive trees. The orange orchard in the garden provided us with sweet fresh juice every day. The owner and his family were extremely friendly and helpful - for example, he fixed a dripping water tank within two days. And, last but not least, the assistance provided by thehotel.gr was brilliant - swift, competent, and friendly. We can easily recommend Nature Heaven Villa. Not really - apart from the insects and the music (see below), which were no problems for us, but could be for other guests. For those who seek ABSOLUTE tranquility: We had loud music playing from some neighboring village or so on both weekends (4 of 14 nights), starting late in the evening and going on until 5 in the morning - as they do in Greece, of course. It did not really bother us, but there clearly are people who could be disturbed.

And there are the insects - wasps mainly, but also some hornets and bees. They come for the pool in the hot hours of the day and for the oranges. Mostly there were about six or seven flying round the pool and another 20 or so in the garden. They did not harm us and were not aggressive at all, but could be a problem for allergics and people with children.

The garden. The pool. The relaxing atmosphere. The view. The helpful owner. None really. The place is perfect. You cant walk to any stores og shops - so a car is a must. The place is simply lovely. Best garden ever!
We have stayed in many vacation-houses i southern Europe (Italy, Portugal, Spain, Greece) this one is the best so far.
We so much enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful village, no tourists. Altough the season was ending and there was not very crouded even in tourist areas. Clean air, food from nearby farm, goat milk, oranges, olive oil. The landlord is a wonderful person with great hospitality!
The villa is located in the orange garden and has large pool. The place is excellent to stay with children. You can see all the farm animals and enjoy yourself when you like quiet village life:) The place is very safe and old man are drinking coffee nearby in the coffee shop every evening:) I can't see any disadvantages, maybe that you should definately have a car if you want to travel around the island. But this is nothing to complain about, dough:) We really enjoyed our stay, this was everything we expected and more. The place is for people, who enjoy peace, if you like something more vivid, you should stay in Platanias, where there are lot's of hotels and shops. We had a car and travelled to Kissamos and Chania, spent time on empty beaches and felt good eating all that organic food the host provided:) There is also a taverna nearby, the atmospere is family-like and very cosy. We definately recommend this place and hope everyone has as good vacation as we did:)
