Niki House is a spacious and hospitable 3-bedroom house with a big private courtyard and garden, about 2.5 km from the old town of Chania and 4 km from the nearest sandy beach. You can find a supermarket, a bakery, a traditional tavern and a butchery shop withing a walking distance. A car is recommended for your stay to explore the town of Chania and west Crete.

A cozy living room area with a dining table, a fireplace and a smart TV is offered in addition to a fully-equipped kitchen with a beautiful veranda with an outdoor dining table.

Niki House offers three bedrooms in total. One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. One common bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is also provided.

All guests have access to a private courtyard and a charming garden featuring sun loungers and local trees. Additionally, there is a pergola with an extra dining table, a barbecue, and a small pond. A private shaded parking space is also included.

Free wireless internet everywhere, and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the kitchen area are offered.

Schöner Garten, man konnte aus Zitronen selbst gepressten Zitronensaft machen und die Zeit genießen. Sehr nah zur Altstadt und zum Hafen, aber auch nahegelegen an wunderschöne Strände mit toller Aussicht und Sonnenuntergang. Danke für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"The place has a beautiful garden full of Mediterranean fruits and flowers, making your mornings and evenings memorable. House is very comfortable and with air-conditioning in every room. Pictures depicted the interior with accuracy and this is what you get. As for the hosts, they deserve well their super-host insignia. Super hospitable, very friendly, with a very humaine touch. They were ready to help us with all the questions and were also proactive. If I'm coming back to Chania, I'm renting this house again :)"

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Emmanuel and Yanni's were very responsive and helpful. But it was our interactions with the owners that was truly outstanding. They were generous, wonderful with our kids, and simply just lovely people. The neighborhood was perfect for us (family with small kids and a car). It was very walkable (grocery, the best bakery, taverns, 24-hour mini market open on Sundays). The property felt secure and was quiet. We slept well. Our kids adored playing with the kitties. The kitchen was fully stocked and the hosts left us many things so we could make little meals without buying everything (salt, oil, various fruits). Also a lovely welcome of cookies and tsikoudia. We ended up extending our trip because we liked it so much here. Thank you again!

Ήταν πολύ ωραίος ο χώρος άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από τον ιδιοκτήτη, μας βοήθησε και μας έβαλε νωρίτερα από την προγραμματισμένη ώρα που δινόταν προς παράδοση το σπίτι επειδή του είχαμε πει ότι ερχόμαστε πρωί και μας εξυπηρετησε κάτι που έκανε κ στην αναχώρηση μας αφού μας άφησε να μείνουμε παραπάνω γιατί ήμασταν από γλέντι. Έδειξε μεγάλη προθυμία και Ευγένεια στο να μας βοηθήσει με ότι ζητήσαμε. Πολύ καλός χώρος θα τον προτιμήσω σίγουρα και σε μελλοντική στιγμή και φυσικά θα τον προτείνω και σε φίλους.
