Picturesque House is a traditionally built villa, located just 50 meters away from the tranquil beach of Kalami and 13 km east of the picturesque town of Chania. This house is built in a serene area and is ideal for guests who seek calmness and relaxation.
Picturesque House consists of a ground floor and an attic. At the attic the master bedroom is offered with a double bed and a wardrobe. This bedroom has two windows, one with land view and the other with relaxing views of the sea. On the ground floor an open plan fully equipped kitchen is offered with a dining area and a cosy living room. The kitchen provides an oven, a microwave oven and a fridge. A shower bathroom is provided as well. The ground floor opens to a spacious veranda with sunbeds and umbrellas.
In the exterior of the villa, a small garden is offered with trees and flowers. A parking area is offered as well. About 50 meters away from the villa lies a pebble beach, whereas 400 meters further a sandy beach is offered. A tavern and a traditional cafe are located 1,5 km away. Kalives village is 5 km east, providing bakeries, super-markets, green groceries, dry cleaners, pharmacy, taverns and bars.
