Platanias Villas are a group of 7 stylish stone-built villas, each with a private pool, in short walking distance from the beach. Located in the lively town of Platanias, 800 meters from the lovely blue flag sandy beach, numerous restaurants and supermarkets, just 1000 meters from the town center, and 11 km west of the old town of Chania.

Every Platanias Villa is fully-furnished ensuring a luxurious vacation of elegance and privacy and a relaxing atmosphere among Cretan nature. Each villa has a fully-equipped kitchen with an open plan dining area and a living room corner on the ground floor. One or two bedrooms are provided on the ground floor, and the rest bedrooms on the upper floor. The upper floor bedrooms are open to garden view balconies. All bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms.

There are two 4-bedroom Platanias Villas and one 2-bedroom Platanias Villa, all of them with a half-indoor and half-outdoor private pool. Two 3-bedroom Platanias Villas also have a half-indoor and half-outdoor private pool, and two 3-bedroom Platanias Villas have a total indoor pool. Please inform us what type of pool you prefer when you complete your reservation. Please also note that each pool can be heated upon request with an extra charge.

Guests can enjoy a private courtyard with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a lash green garden as well as a shared outdoor playground area. Free wireless internet, air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue facilities and parking space on premises are provided.

Platanias is a famous touristic town of Crete with many restaurants, tavernas, cafes, mini-markets, two supermarkets, bars, one pool bar, a big variety of shops, water sports, children playgrounds and mini-golfs, everything in short walking distance from Platanias Villas.

"Emamanuel and Yanni are excellent at communicating and the location was fantastic. It felt as though we were miles from town but it was only a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, shopping and restaurants. Everything we needed was close by. We did have to buy a few items for the place like coffee sugar soap and sponges. But they immediately repaid me for them. They are definitely top notch and we really enjoyed our time and the restaurant suggestions they gave us."

Most gorgeous spot, and the best peace and quiet for the end of the day. Our group of friends had the best time. Between the pool and the ample space for us to choose either to hang out, or have some solo time, this was the perfect spot. It’s out of the craziness but still very accessible. The house was very clean, and the convenience of having someone coming to check on us was very hotel like. I wouldn’t expect to want the pool heated in August but we ended up asking for the additional perk, since the water got pretty cold. Will go back on a heartbeat.
