Salty Villa is a lovely, sea view 3-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool next to the sandy beach, a few steps from the sea, in the area of Kokkini Chani. Only 100 meters away a few mini markets, cafe bars, restaurants and an organized sandy beach can be found.

The luxury villa is designed in two levels and it has a total area of 200 square meters. The modern-designed living room with the fireplace lounge impresses by the unlimited Cretan sea views on the ground floor. An open plan fully-equipped kitchen and a wc are also available on this floor.

Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are provided on the upper floor. A small sitting area is also offered upstairs.

In the lovely sea view courtyard, all guests may relax in the furnished garden that covers 400 square meters by enjoying the great sea views and may also have the chance to use the BBQ facilities.

A great spacious villa very close to the sea, local shop and tavernas.

Well equipped villa with friendly and helpful local owner.

Easily contactable agency who kept us informed throughout the build up to the holiday, providing helpful documents. This together with being met by the owner on arrival with a welcome pack of essentials made for a stress free start to our holiday. We only had one issue on hot water whilst we stayed which was quickly rectified - making for a relaxing and very enjoyable week in the sun!
