Scenic Villa is a welcoming and recently constructed 3-bedroom Villa with a private pool and wonderful views of Cretan landscape and the majestic "White" Mountains. Located on a gentle hillside, this villa is situated in the tranquil and traditional village of Malaxa.
On the ground floor, Scenic Villa offers an open-plan living room with a fireplace, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. You can enjoy alfresco dining and barbecuing on the furnished terrace with panoramic views of Cretan nature. A shower bathroom is also available on this level.
The upper floor of Scenic Villa features three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six guests. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience. The second bedroom is adorned with a double bed and opens up to a lovely terrace, complete with a seating area and captivating natural vistas. The third bedroom offers two single beds and a quaint terrace equipped with sun loungers. An additional shower bathroom is also available on this floor, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Free wireless internet, air conditioning system, a dishwasher, a washing machine and all kitchen appliances are provided.
Scenic Villa offers a private pool of about 23 square meters, offering delightful views of the enchanting Cretan nature and landscape. Surrounding the pool are a few sun loungers and sun umbrellas, creating a perfect spot for relaxation.
Additionally, there is exclusive access to a private backyard situated next to the barbecue area. This secluded space is equipped with sun loungers and is thoughtfully fenced with a row of trees, ensuring privacy and separation from another, neighboring 3-bedroom villa adjacent to Scenic Villa.
It is recommended to have a car to fully enjoy your holiday experience, allowing you the freedom to explore west Crete and easily reach the nearby taverns and supermarkets. Within proximity, there is a horse riding club situated just 750 meters away. The nearest traditional tavern is located at a distance of 1300 meters, with additional taverns accessible within a short drive.
