Serenity Villa consists of two 3-bedroom villas, Marie and Pantelis, featuring two private swimming pools of about 28 sqm and lovely garden areas with an inviting alfresco dining area. Each villa is nestled side by side, making them ideal to book together as a single, spacious property. They are located between the villages of Adele and Agia Triada, about 4 km from the sandy beach and 15 minutes away from the picturesque town of Rethymno.
Both villas are placed on the top floor of a small building, whose ground floor is used as a storage space. An outdoor staircase leads to the upper floor of each villa. A sea view open plan area with a living space with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table are provided. Two separate balconies with two additional small dining tables are also offered in both villas.
Three spacious bedrooms are provided in both villas, one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each. Up to six guests can be accommodated in every villa very comfortably.
Two lovely private pool areas and courtyards offer a peaceful and inviting setting, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers with sun umbrellas, perfect for relaxing by the water. Lush greenery and scenic views add to the serene atmosphere.
Next to each pool, there is a shaded outdoor dining area with a stone-built barbecue, create a perfect space for gathering with friends and family. This inviting spot is ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals with local drinks.
In the surrounding area, all guests can enjoy a blend of natural, cultural, and historical experiences. A short drive from the villa leads to Platanes beach, which offers clear waters and various amenities, and to Adelianos Kampos and Sfakaki beaches, which provide additional options for relaxation and water activities. Agreco Farm, which provides an experience of traditional Cretan life with activities like bread-making, wine tasting, a mini zoo and a tavern with Cretan cuisine, is just 500 meters away. The villa's location among olive groves and vineyards makes it ideal for nature enthusiasts as well. Numerous trails and paths offer opportunities for hiking, cycling, and exploring the Cretan countryside.
