Les 4 chambres ont chacune leur salle de douche et leur WC, ce qui est très confortable. La piscine est super ! La maison est bien localisée pour rayonner dans l'ouest. Our favorite was Topos & Elias, excellent food, great service and a lovely atmosphere. The villa is a great location for exploring western Crete, including getting to Elafonisi and Falasarna beaches. Palaiochora is a really nice little town with shops, tavernas and beach. Chania not too far away and is really worth the visit. Our communication with the villa team was very easy and helpful."

"Beautiful authentic villa, nice furniture and beautiful view. Was perfect for our big family. Village and villa located on the stip hill but if you driving, not a problem. However not easy to walk around. Some nice coffee shop and Taverna on the main road and 5 minutes walk from the villa. Overall great value."

As far as comfort goes, the lounge area was not functional - 2 hard, uncomfortable couches + a miniature table - and a tiny TV that could pick up only local, Greek channels. In all other aspects the villa was very nice.
As far as service/staff goes, it was provided by one very nice, elderly lady who was mostly left to manage on her own. The cleaning and the changing of the linen was left for us to do which should have been otherwise according to what was promised on your site.
As far as cleanliness was concerned, the public areas were kept clean, except for the pool which we had to complain about.
The BBQ grill was old and full of holes.
