Villa Aretousa 1 er en helt ny villa med 4 soveværelser og privat pool, bygget i to niveauer. Det er beliggende ved siden af villa Grigoria, 9 km vest for Chania og 1100 m fra den berømte kystby Agia Marina og den fremragende sandstrand.

En dejlig rummelig åben plan stue, spisestue og køkken tilbydes i Villa Aretousa 1 sammen med en privat pool. Rummelige balkoner med fantastisk havudsigt er også til rådighed.

Agia Marina er en meget berømt strand resort på Kreta med fine, kendte, sandstrande. Langs sandstranden i Agia Marina er der mange strandbarer, pool barer, sport valg (jetski, windsurfing, beach tennis, beach volley), spisesteder og dejlig udsigt over den lille ø Agioi Theodori. Butikker, restauranter, caféer og barer er også placeret langs kystvejen, der løber gennem byen.

We spent 8 glorious nights at the villa Aretousa 1 . All the amenities were top notch. The pool was great the villa super comfy and clean. We loved all the outdoor areas and everyone could find their own spot to relax as there were multiple relaxing areas. The villa was cleaned once during the week and towels changed. Emmanuel was super friendly helpful communicative and delightful we loved our stay.

We were met at the door by the owner who was so kind and gracious, and we were immediately overwhelmed by the views and the house! We had an amazing view from the bedrooms and ate most of our dinners on the patio which also afforded us an incredible view of the Mediterranean. The house was lovely and comfortable with a/c units in every bedroom. In addition to the amazing space, everyone we corresponded with was incredibly responsive and helpful. If we ever make it back to Chania, we are definitely coming back to this home!
