Villan toisessa kerroksessa on merinäköalallinen olohuone, jossa on viihtyisä oleskeluryhmä, takka, TFT Satelliiti TV (32 tuumaa), DVD ja stereot. Samassa kerroksessa on myös yhtenäisessä tilassa ruokailuhuone ja koneistettu keittiö, jossa on iso sähköhella, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin ja mikroaaltouuni. Rappusten vieressä on kylpyhuone, jossa on pesukone.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös vastaavat tilat.

Lisäksi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta (toisessa parivuode, toisessa erilliset vuoteet) ja kylpyhuone. Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta (yhdessä parivuode ja oma jacuzzi, toisessa erilliset sängyt ja kolmannessa yksi vuode) ja kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneet ovat ilmastoidut ja niissä on parvekkeet, joista on suurenmoinen merinäköala.

Yhteisessä käytössä on uima-allas merinäköaloineen ja BBQ.
