Villa Grand Blue is a brand new 4-bedroom retreat with a lovely private pool in front of the sea! It is located in the peaceful area of Mavros Kolimpos, about 19 km east of the picturesque town of Ierapetra. Villa Grand Blue is situated next to a semi-private rocky beach, 300 meters from a shingle beach and 1.700 meters from a lovely sandy beach. A mini-market and a tavern are conveniently located about 500 meters away. A car is recommended to explore the nearby beaches and Ierapetra.
Villa Grand Blue is a seafront retreat with a delightful private pool in a seaside plot of about 700 sqm. From the villa, there is access to a quiet, secluded, rocky beach with a cave and a spectacular seabed 30 meters away.
The main, second floor features an open-plan area with a sofa corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a wc. A big sea view dining table on the veranda, along with a small staircase, leads to the private courtyard and the inviting private pool.
An internal staircase leads to the lower floor, where you can find two bedrooms, each furnished with a spacious double bed and a private en-suite shower bathroom.
An exterior staircase at the north side of the villa gives access to the two upper floors. The third floor features a second open-plan area with a living room corner and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. This space is furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table, and a sea view dining table on the balcony with delightful sea views. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower is available on this floor.
An internal staircase ascends to the top-floor, featuring a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower.
Villa Grand Blue features a seafront private pool offering stunning ocean views. Eight sun loungers and a few umbrellas are thoughtfully provided for guests' comfort. At the edge of the courtyard there is access to a rocky seaside area, inviting guests to enjoy a refreshing plunge into the sea.
A shingle beach with crystal waters is also easily accessible on foot at 300 meters away. For guests looking for a sandy retreat, the beautiful sandy beach of Achlia with a seaside tavern is located 1700 meters away.
A stone-built barbecue is available at your disposal in the courtyard. Wireless internet everywhere, and air-condition in every bedroom are provided.
An open parking space is provided at the back side of the villa. A car is recommended for your stay to explore the nearby beaches and taverns, as well as the town of Ierapetra.
