Villa Infinity View is a new luxury 4-bedroom Villa with an infinity pool, built on a sea view location in the peaceful village of Tsikalaria with amazing panoramic views of Chania town and Souda bay. A mini-market and a few taverns can be found at about 1 km away, while the picturesque town of Chania is 6 km away.
The pool level of the Villa offers an open plan living room with a Smart satellite TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and all modern kitchen appliances, as well as a common shower bathroom. An interior staircase also leads to an attic bedroom with a double bed. Wireless internet, air conditioning, and a playstation are provided.
The ground floor level of the Villa has a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and access a furnished veranda with great views. One more double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a common shower bathroom with hydro-massage and a washing machine are provided on this level.
A lovely infinity pool of 30 sq m with a children corner, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and beautiful views of Chania town are offered in the pool area. An outdoor seating area with a TV and wireless speakers, an outdoor dining area and barbecue facilities are provided. Private parking space is available.
Tsikalaria is a peaceful village with a few local restaurants and mini markets, 6 km from the town center of Chania. There is access to the national road and to many local sandy beaches (Agioi Apostoloi, Agia Marina, Platanias) in short driving distance, with the nearest sandy beach at 9 km away.
