Villa L1 is a modern 4-bedroom Villa with a private pool, only 500 meters from the sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi, and 4 km from the old town of Chania. Three bathrooms with a shower are provided.
On the ground floor, an open plan living room area with a 55'' 4K TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a big refridgerator, an electric oven and a microwave are provided. One bedroom with two single beds and a common bathroom are also offered. A washer-dryer is also available.
A modern staircase leads to the top floor. A master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower are offered. The bedroom extends to a small living area with a glass floor just above the pool.
Next to the master bedroom, two more bedrooms with double beds and a common bathroom with shower are provided. The fourth bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the Agioi Apostoloi Park. All the bedrooms are equipped with a TV each.
Villa L1 can accommodate up to 8 guests and 1-2 babies. It is possible to accommodate up to 10 guests and 1-2 infants with the addition of sofa beds.
Agioi Apostoloi is a small seaside town with all everyday amenities (restaurants, cafes, super markets, mini markets, pharmacy, ATM machines). The lovely sandy beach is located in short walking distance from the Villa.
