Villa L2 is a modern 3-bedroom Villa designed in two levels with a private pool, located in the area of Daratso, only 500 meters from the sandy beach of Agioi Apostoloi and about 1 km from the sandy beach of Chrissi Akti. Restaurants, cafes, two super markets and a playground are found within very short walking distance (100-200 meters) from the villa. The Venetian old town of Chania is 4 km away.
The ground floor level offers an open plan living room area with a sofa bed, a 55'' satellite TV, Netflix and surround sound system, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The open plan area opens to the pool area through glass doors. A twin bedroom and a common shower bathroom are available on the same level.
A steel and glass staircase leads to the top floor with an opening for natural skylight. One master double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and a furnished balcony as well as a third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom are provided on this level. Wireless internet, Air-conditioning in each bedroom, washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer are provided.
The pool area of Villa L2 features a private pool and a children's pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue.
Agioi Apostoloi is a small seaside town with all everyday amenities (restaurants, cafes, super markets, mini markets, pharmacy, ATM machines). The lovely sandy beach can be found in short walking distance from the Villa.
