The traditional 6-bedroom Villa Local is located in the small village of Dafnedes, about 14 km south of the sandy beaches of Bali and Panormo, 32 km from the picturesque town of Rethymno. All guests can find a bakery at only 100 meters far as well as a mini-market at about 6 km, in the traditional village of Perama.
Villa Local (200 sq m) is built in maisonette style in three different levels. The main entrance is on a raised ground floor and opens on to a lovely open plan area with a comfortable living room with fireplace and a fine dining area. A fully-fitted kitchen is also provided on the ground floor.
Two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower are offered a few steps lower.
On the top floor, four additional bedrooms are provided, each bedroom with a double bed. Two more bathrooms, one per two bedrooms, are also provided on top floor. Air-condition in each bedroom, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine and iron with ironing board are available in the villa. Private parking area and barbecue are also offered.
A large private courtyard with a garden area, fruit and plane trees, and a big private swimming pool (55 sq m) with sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal to relax and enjoy the peaceful countryside, are offered.
