The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers with sun umbrellas, perfect for relaxing by the water. Beautiful gardens and scenic views add to the villa's serene and inviting atmosphere. Next to the pool, you can find a wooden gazebo with a round marble table and chairs, surrounded by lush gardens and sea views, perfect for morning coffee and sunset drinks. An additional pergola with a dining table and a traditional stone-built barbecue provides an ideal setting for family gatherings and friends.
Inside, an open plan living area with sea views, a cozy seating space with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining table are provided. You can also step out onto one of two private balconies, each furnished with a small dining table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the sea views.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests in three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds are offered, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

Villa Marie is located on the top floor of a small building, accessible via an outdoor staircase. The ground floor is used exclusively for storage and remains accessible only to the maintenance team.
