Villa Marilia van Sfakaki, Rethymno

Villa Marilia is a traditional 2-bedroom Villa with a private pool of about 20 sqm. Nestled in the peaceful village of Pagkalochori, it is situated near the charming villages of Asteri and Sfakaki, approximately 11 km east of the picturesque town of Rethymno. At about 1200 meters away, you can enjoy the famous tavern Poliou House and a mini-market, while the sandy beach is 2 kilometers away.

The ground floor offers a spacious open plan space, featuring a cozy living room corner, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine are provided for your convenience.

A broad spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where two bedrooms and another common bathroom with a bathtub are situated. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds.

A private swimming pool of about 20 sqm is available. It is encircled by a stone terrace and a beautiful garden with sun chairs and umbrellas. Additionally, a stone barbecue is at your disposal.

Three air-conditioning units are included, with one unit located in the open-plan area and an additional unit in each bedroom.

Side street parking on the public road outside the Villa is available. A car is needed for your stay so that you can easily explore the nearby beach at about 2 km away, the nearby villages of the area, and the town of Rethymno at about 11 km away.

Very close to Rethymno which is a lovely town to visit. Great spot if you like hiking as well. Maison découpée en deux logements, correspondant au descriptif. Très propre et bien aménagée. Les 2 chambres se trouvent à l'étage avec un escalier en colimaçon très accessible. Bouteille d'eau et jus de fruits au frais ainsi qu'une corbeille de fruits pour notre arrivée. Possible de se garer dans la rue devant la maison. Belle piscine et vue dégagée (lever du soleil). Linge de maison fourni, lits faits à notre arrivée. Emmanuel et Yannis très amicaux et toujours disponibles. Maison à recommander les yeux fermés. Continuez dans cette voie pour la location.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich großartig, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Im Kühlschrank wurde Wasser, Milch und Obst für uns bereitgestellt, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Haus und der Pool sind exakt so schön wie auf den Bildern, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sofort absolut wohl gefühlt. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick in die Landschaft und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Erholen. Emmanuel und Yannis waren immer erreichbar, als wir ein kleines Problem hatten, wurde umgehend auf meine Nachricht reagiert. Sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out waren sie ausgesprochen flexibel. Wir durften das Haus am Anreisetag früher beziehen und am Abreisetag länger dort bleiben, da wir unseren Rückflug erst am Abend hatten. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt sehr darauf! Nochmal herzlichen Dank für alles und viele Grüße, Jeannette
