Villa Minas sisään Galatas, Chania

Villa Minas is a charming 4-bedroom villa of about 350 sqm with a private pool and a private tennis court in a beautifully landscaped plot of 6300 sqm. It is located about 3 km from the lovely sandy beaches of Kalamaki and Agioi Apostoloi and 5 km west of the picturesque town of Chania. Limnoupolis water park can be enjoyed at about 4 km from the villa.

The ground floor features a spacious open plan area with a living area, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. A cozy living area with a sofa corner, a 55 inch smart TV, and a dining table are provided. A big refrigerator, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a boiler, a toast maker, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are offered in the kitchen. One bathroom with a shower and a washing machine are also available on the ground floor.

Four spacious bedrooms with balconies with panoramic countryside views and one luxury bathroom with a bathtub are provided on the upper floor. Two bedrooms feature a queen size bed each, and two bedrooms two single beds each. Every bedroom is equipped with air-condition, a small TV, and a wardrobe.

A pristine private pool area, set within the beautiful garden, is provided. The pool is bordered by a spacious deck with eight sun loungers and a pair of umbrellas, providing ample relaxation spots in both sun and shade. The stone wall and lush greenery surrounding the area create a private and tranquil atmosphere. The pool includes a shallow, rounded section connected to the main swimming area, ideal for lounging or for younger swimmers.

A private sandy tennis court! with tennis rackets and balls is also available in the plot of the villa.

A playroom, perfect for entertainment and fitness, is provided as well. It features a pool table and fitness equipment, including treadmills and a multi-gym station. Outside, you can also find a ping-pong table for outdoor fun and a large gas barbecue. The villa is fully equipped with wireless internet, available throughout the entire property.

The old town of Chania and west Crete are easily accessible by car. A few taverns can be found in the village of Galatas. More taverns, restaurants, shops, cafes and bars can be found in the nearby seaside villages of Kalamaki, Stalos and Agioi Apostoloi.

Very nice place, very quiet and excellent for relaxing. The house is great, big and comfort at pictures with a very pleasant swimming pool. Good situation, not far from beach and markets (5 mins by car). Only 15 mins from Chania and 30 mins from airport.

Lovely big villa, with a beautiful sight to the Mountains. The pool was great! The stone floors was super slippery if you had wet feet, from the pool-had to be very careful! The "house pet" a little dog was so cute and friendly. The owner of the house was very helpful and friendly.
