Villa Minas biedt 4 slaapkamers (alle op de bovenverdieping met balkons en panoramisch uitzicht op de landelijke omgeving), twee luxe badkamers (één met douche op de begane grond, de ander met bad op de eerste verdieping) en een woonkamer, eethoek en een volledig uitgeruste open keuken.

Alle slaapkamers zijn uitgerust met airco, TV en een kledingkast. Villa Minas heeft ook een privé zwembad.
