Our family stayed for a week at Villa Yannis. Mr. Yannis was the best of hosts. We saw him most days and he was extremely helpful. For example, he helped us fix a flat tire, rent a bike and visit a local apiary. He also made sure everything in the house was in tiptop shape. The house itself was also fine, spacious and the garden area with swimming pool is great (you can eat the fruit growing on the tree that provides some shade). About 50 meters from the house there is a really good restaurant (also the village museum) that serves Cretan food and has great hospitality and dancing every Thursday.

Fantastisch. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und konnten dank der liebevollen Betreuung jeden Tag voll genießen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr hübsch gestaltet und eingerichtet. Uns hat es an gar nichts gefehlt! Gerne kommen wir wieder, vielen, vielen Dank!!!

La maison est très agréable pour quelques jours de vacances bien située,à égale distance d'Heraklion, La Canée, la cote Sud... pleins de sites à visiter.... La taverne du village est extra ! Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec le Lave Vaisselle qui n'a pas fonctionné durant tout notre séjour. Notre hôte est très sympathique et accueillant, il répond très rapidement à nos appels.

Villa Yannis was really spacious. The villa was a perfect vacation place for family with small children. There was a nice pool area and very good barbecue. Villa was well equipped and everything worked very well. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. We stayed three weeks in Villa Yannis. Everything was very good. We want to thank TheHotel.gr for great service. You were worthy of our trust. Thank you.

A beautiful villa with large rooms, perfect pool and all facilities you would require. It is set in a peaceful village next to a fabulous restaurant/museum. non Great service, easy to book, good regular email contact.

Ample space for two families. Very Quiet. Very well equipped and full of consumables. None. TheHotel.gr very good service and proffesional. Villa Owner very friendly and ready to service us.

Good location for visiting different parts of Crete from Heraklion to the west point of the island and to the southern coast.
Quite isolated village and very quiet, but sufficiently near shops and main roads.
Cleanig of the house with change of all towels and linen twice a weak: very unusual but deeply appreciated.
At the entry, the house was perfectly clean and the swimming pool without any criticism. Good and regular contacts with the owner of the house, who was very present and available in case of (even small) problems (i.e AC).

Ideally situated villa. Calm village only 2 KM from shops and beaches. No overhead showers but only bath tubs. Very friendly owner. Always available and willing to help with any problem or request.

The villa is very spacious and well equipped.
The villa is located in a very authentic village of astery and just few minutes drive from the beaches and the city of rethimno.
This location enabled us to go for one day trips around the island.
The owner is very friendly and helpful.
none there is a very nice taverna in astery vilage.
check when they have live music

Dear "The Hotel" Team,

Our stay in "Villa Yannis" was wonderful!
The Villa is a beautifully made Land House whose owner really cares about.
The owner was always there when we needed him and always with a smile!
He is a very nice person and made our stay even more comfortable
The Villa was beautiful. Full equipped and very clean. There was more than
enough space for 8 Persons.
The front yard with the pool was also very clean and comfortable.
The fresh sheets and the towels at the pool were very inviting.
A relay nice place for all the ages.
We directly felt like home!
