The four semi-detached 3-bedroom Villas Eva are placed in wonderful gardens, 500 meters from the lovely sandy beach of Stalos, with distant mountain views and side sea views, with a common swimming pool. Every villa is about 100 sqm and it can ideally accommodate up to 6 guests. The picturesque town of Chania is 7 km away.
Every Villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room area with TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a private veranda, traditional furniture and all necessary equipment. Villa I and Villa IV have a dishwasher as well.
The beautiful gardens include a good sized common swimming pool, which is shared by the Villas Eva and the neighboring 2-bedroom Villa Giorgos, and a nice barbecue corner. Although some of the best beaches on the island are so close, relaxing by the pool amid the smell of roses and jasmine is very tempting.
The town of Chania is easily accessible by bus, car or taxi and the whole of the Western Crete awaits the more ambitious explorers. By the nearby sandy beach (eight minutes walk down, a little longer back up the sleepish hill) there is an excellent choice of tavernas (Maria restaurant, Leventis), a few mini markets and grocery shops.
