Villa Pantelis is the south villa of the Villas Pantelis-Marie in Agia Triada, Rethymno. It offers a bright open plan area with a cozy living room with two couches, a TV corner and large windows offering plenty of natural light and beautiful views. A fully-equipped kitchen and a big dining table can be found next to the living area. Two balconies, each with a small dining table, provide serene spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower is situated next the living area for your comfort.
Five steps lead to the sleeping area of the villa, where three spacious bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub are offered. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds each are provided.

The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, offering the perfect place to unwind under the Cretan sun. A pergola with a dining table and a stone-built barbecue, at the west side of the pool, create a beautiful setting to enjoy delicious meals and local beverages in a cozy atmosphere.
In the surrounding area, a short drive from the villa leads to Platanes beach, which offers clear waters and various amenities, as well as the beaches of Adelianos Kampos and Sfakaki, which provide additional options for relaxation and water activities. Additionally, Agreco Farm is just 500 meters away, which provides an experience of traditional Cretan life with activities like bread making, wine tasting, and a mini zoo. Villa Pantelis occupies the top floor of a small two-story building, with the ground floor used as storage area, accessible only by the maintenance team.
