Casa Rustica i Maleme, Chania

Casa Rustica is a new 2-bedroom Villa with a lovely private pool, designed with the life experience of the kind owner. Gorgeous sea views from the courtyard, the interior and the spacious balconies of the villa are offered. A sea view, heated if needed, private pool with a children corner of 40 sq m is provided.

It is located on top of a hill, 6 km from the shingle beach of Maleme, and a 10-minute drive from the sandy beach and the busy town of Platanias. The picturesque old town of Chania is 20 km away.

A sea view open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a fireplace, and a sea view balcony are provided on the pool level. One common shower bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted to a double bed, are also offered on the pool level.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi shower, and a small wc with a shower. A very nice and spacious balcony with panoramic sea and nature views is offered. Air-condition in the two bedrooms and the living room area, and wireless internet are provided. A washing machine is available in the common bathroom on the pool level.

A lovely private pool with a children corner and beautiful sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a pool shower, a covered barbecue and a traditional oven are offered in the courtyard of the villa. A private plot of 5 acres planted with olive trees, a vineyard, and cypress trees is available to explore. The pool can be heated with an additional cost of 250 Euros per week.

All guests can enjoy many restaurants, taverns and shops in the nearby towns of Maleme and Platanias, in a short driving distance less than 10 minutes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Casa Rustica. Les photos du site sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Que du bonheur, vue magnifique, champ des cigales, calme,.... Le propriétaire est très accueillant et bienveillant. Il est à l'écoute et est très réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
