Casa Rustica is a charming 2-bedroom Villa with a lovely private pool, designed with the life experience of the kind owner. Gorgeous sea views from the courtyard, the interior and the balconies of the villa are offered. A private, 40 sq m heated pool with a designated children’s corner and stunning sea views is available for your enjoyment.

Casa Rustica is located on the top of a hill, 6 km from the shingle beach of Maleme, and a 10-minute drive from the sandy beach. The picturesque old town of Chania is 20 km away.

A sea view open plan area with a living corner, a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a sea view balcony are provided on the pool level. This level also features a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, if needed. Additionally, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is available for your convenience.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find the master bedroom with a queen size bed, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an additional wc. A very nice and spacious balcony with panoramic sea and nature views is offered.

A lovely private pool with a children corner and beautiful sea views, sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a shaded barbecue and a traditional oven are offered in the beautiful patio of the villa. A private plot of 5 acres planted with olive trees, a vineyard, and cypress trees is available to explore.

Air-condition in the two bedrooms and the living room area, and wireless internet are provided. We would also like to inform you that the pool can be heated with an additional cost of 300 Euros per week, if needed.

Casa Rustica can accommodate up to 4 guests in the two bedrooms, plus one guest in one additional range bed in the twin bedroom on the pool floor or on the sofa bed (0,75 * 2 meters) next to the fireplace.

All guests can enjoy many restaurants, taverns and shops in the nearby village of Maleme, as well as the more vibrant town of Platanias, both within a short driving distance of less than 10 minutes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Casa Rustica. Les photos du site sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Que du bonheur, vue magnifique, champ des cigales, calme,.... Le propriétaire est très accueillant et bienveillant. Il est à l'écoute et est très réactif. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
