A beautiful patio features a private heated Jacuzzi with sun loungers and a sun umbrella. A charming pergola with comfortable seating and a big outdoor dining table creates an idyllic setting for al fresco meals, coffee, or relaxing evenings under the stars.

A cozy open plan area with a living area with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small dining table are provided inside. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, an oven, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

Kappa Residence features three elegantly designed bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a spacious wardrobe. Two modern shower bathrooms add to the comfort of your stay, including a washing machine.

You can try side street parking in the nearby area, a few blocks away. You can also secure a parking space in a private garage, at about 300 meters away, with an additional cost.

The local businesses employ some amazing people - super helpful and worth meeting ! Access to the harbor and restaurants is perfect - all are a 3-5 minute walk. The beaches worth visiting are a drive - this is not a beach apartment. It’s a center-of-town experience that connected us with Chania and gave us great access to the beautiful Western beaches of Crete! The automatic black out curtains were awesome! Yannis is definitely a Super Host. All of his suggestions and communications were very much appreciated throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is a very short walk to both the scenic harbor and importantly the main bus station. It is incredibly easy to take the 30 minute bus ride (2.5 Euros per person) from the airport to the main bus station. The kitchen is nicely set up for cooking. The WiFi was consistently fast for two devices as well as internet driven TV. We spent most of our time on the beautiful terrace with a huge and soothingly warm clear water jacuzzi. The apartment was spotless. Our host Yannis even offered us a mid stay extra cleaning. He was an exceptionally responsive host and contacted us frequently to see if we needed anything during our stay. He is an extremely generous gentleman. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this home to anyone for both remote work or holiday.
