Kappa Residence is a modern 3-bedroom penthouse with a private heated jacuzzi and a very spacious private veranda in the center of Chania town, 150 meters from the famous old town and 1200 meters from the nearest sandy beach. It is located on the second floor of a small building in a central and peaceful location.

A lovely open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. A big refrigerator, a ceramic kitchen, a boiler, a coffee maker and a dishwasher are provided.

Three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a smart TV and a wardrobe are offered. Two beautiful shower bathrooms are also available. A washing machine is provided in one of the bathrooms.

All guests can enjoy a very spacious private veranda with a heated jacuzzi and a pergola with a shaded dining table. Wireless internet, air-condition, and heating during winter are provided.

Side street parking is available in the nearby area. For added convenience, you also have the option to secure a parking space in a private garage, located approximately 300 meters away, for an additional fee.

Kappa Residence penthouse is situated in a central location, with many shops, cafes and a few taverns in very short walking distance. The old town of Chania with many restaurants and cafes is less than five minutes away on foot.

"This was the best flat that we stayed in while in Greece! It was super clean, the bed was comfortable and you can’t beat the location. We liked that it was close to the old town, but far enough to be out of the tourist traffic. The hot tub was a welcome retreat after a busy day! Overall, we would stay here again!"

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is a very short walk to both the scenic harbor and importantly the main bus station. It is incredibly easy to take the 30 minute bus ride (2.5 Euros per person) from the airport to the main bus station. The kitchen is nicely set up for cooking. The WiFi was consistently fast for two devices as well as internet driven TV. We spent most of our time on the beautiful terrace with a huge and soothingly warm clear water jacuzzi. The apartment was spotless. Our host Yannis even offered us a mid stay extra cleaning. He was an exceptionally responsive host and contacted us frequently to see if we needed anything during our stay. He is an extremely generous gentleman. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this home to anyone for both remote work or holiday.
