Kappa Residence is a stunning, modern 3-bedroom penthouse with a private heated Jacuzzi and a lovely patio. It is located on the top floor of a small building in a quiet yet vibrant neighborhood in the newly revitalized center of the picturesque town of Chania, surrounded by cozy cafes, excellent restaurants and charming shops, all just a short stroll away. The famous old town of Chania is 150 meters away only, and the sandy beach of Nea Chora 1200 meters away. Three stylish bedrooms and two bathrooms are provided, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends.

A beautiful patio features a private heated Jacuzzi with sun loungers and a sun umbrella. A charming pergola with comfortable seating and a big outdoor dining table creates an idyllic setting for al fresco meals, coffee, or relaxing evenings under the stars.

A cozy open-plan area with a living space featuring a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a small dining table are provided. Moreover, the kitchen includes a large refrigerator, a ceramic stove, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher.

Kappa Residence features three elegantly designed bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a spacious wardrobe. Two modern shower bathrooms add to the comfort of your stay, including a washing machine.

If you have a car, you may consider parking on the side streets a few blocks away. Alternatively, you can reserve a parking space in a private garage approximately 300 meters away for an additional fee.

"We had an excellent stay in Chania, it was two of us and our toddler so the spaciousness and modern updated amenities were exactly what we needed. The location is ideal because it is just 5 minutes walk to get into the old town and the actual harbor is 10 min walk. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby."

"Can't say enough about this place - the pictures don't lie, it's spotless, gorgeous, amazing terrace, all amenities on point (extra shampoo, lots of towels, etc..., etc...we wanted for nothing) Host incredibly responsive and helpful. But most important thing is the location. It's perfectly located just outside the historic district - a 5 minute walk to the harbor but also in a REAL neighborhood with 5 cafes within a 2-minute walk, a great grocery store 2 blocks away, wonderful fruit and vegetable stands, and some really perfect local tavernas."

An amazing place to stay. Clean, massive interior and patio. Hot tub and home was extremely clean. The location was perfect with every single thing you need at your doorstep and minutes walk to the water. The hosts were also great and so helpful and very responsive.
