The hosts were available for questions and with help from long before we arrived (they even sent me the local fish monger‘s cell number) through to the early morning hour when we left. We could not have hoped for more. The house itself is gracious and large and perfectly appointed. You have to like being a bit remote, which is what we were looking for. It‘s simply perfect for days of swimming, hiking, cooking together, or eating in the excellent local tavernas. We are hoping to be back."

  • Prices shown are for the 4-bedroom Lagremha Villa per week in Euros.
    Lagremha Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and one/two babies in baby-cots.
  • Air-condition, bed linen, bathroom towels, and pool towels are included in the above prices.
    Full cleaning every about 5 days is provided for reservations with stay 10 days or longer.
  • Full midweek cleaning can be arranged for weekly reservations with an additional cost of about 250 Euros.
  • Wireless internet is provided free of charge.
  • The swimming pool can be heated with the additional cost of 90 Euros per day.
  • A new tourist tax (climate crisis resilience fee) of 15 Euros per day must be paid additionally before arrival by credit card.
Booking conditions
30% deposit is needed to confirm your reservation.
The balance should be paid up to 30 days before check-in.

Cancellation policy
100% of the deposit is kept in case you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before check-in.
In case you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in, then the whole amount is kept.
