Eine sehr schöne Villa mit überragendem Blick auf das Meer. Der/die Gastgeberein war sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht auf eine belebte Stadt angewiesen ist.

Tout était parfait, la maison est très grande, elle est très bien équipée. Le propriétaire à notre arrivée à été très disponible et nous a attendu très tard dans la nuit.

We had a blast at the villa. Amazing communication, had questions and answer very rapidly. They even called us during the week to make sure everything was fine. The place is huge!! Kids played a lot of hide and seek!! A short drive to the town near by and great location to discover balos, chania etc. A lots of privacy! They came to clean up mid stay which was very appreciated.

Wonderful villa to stay in if you’re traveling to Crete. Close to everything, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the island. Our hosts were amazing at accommodating us and welcoming us with true Greek hospitality. Would stay again!!

We stayed here for are honeymoon, you need a car as it's far from amenities but that's exactly what we wanted! Really nice villa with amazing BBQ area and garden, the villa is set out really well and looks and feels like a high end villa, would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We were with 4 persons and had an excellent stay at this villa. TheHotel.gr offers great services as well as the owners of the house.

The villa is very nice and the view is breathtaking.

Car is necessary and nearby beaches are in 10 - 20 minutes drive distance.

Good restaurant in Maleme is Mythos and we enjoined lunches at Poseidon and Blue Horizon in Agia Marina.

The photos told the true story of this villa. Peaceful, quiet, private and safe. All things we were after! The view is exceptional as you are up on the hillside, so this does mean a car is a necessity. The roads are sealed and the hill not too windy so is easy to drive. The location was excellent with with many options for dining in local and adjacent villages. There is also a supermarket nearby but also a good Lidl not much further. The local bakery is also excellent for daily bread and rolls. The villa was very clean, tidy and comfortable! Again essential traits for a great holiday. The pool was a real bonus and cooled you down on the hot, sun soaked days! The air con is effective, especially in the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and fresh linens were changed mid stay. We were very happy with our choice and would recommend people seriously consider this villa for their next getaway.

The villa has a huge garden with perfect view. Perfect for relax, no noise from main streets etc.
We enjoyed the house at its most as we were 8 people and each one of us had its space. The hot water could not be used same time in 2 bathrooms.
The heating for the swimming pool did not work out. As the villa is up on the hill, most of the time it was windy and we could not enjoy the swimming pool. The overall experience was very good. The location is 20 minutes from the centre but due to the easy access to the highway it was not felt. The house and the garden is enormous with all appliances available. No need to purchase anything except the food. Even the washing and dry machine had the consumables available.

The house is even better than expected. Big, luxurious. The best point is all the huge glass windows that make light come in from all sides and enjoy the panorama.
The position is perfect. Out of the chaos that you encounter during the day/night in Platanias/Agia Marina, but within reach of everything) approximately 5-7 minutes from Maleme. A real paradise and a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day.
Owners are super kind and they own a restaurant just in front of the Maleme's seaside, that was one of the best place to eat in the area. Only proper shower was outside, but with that view it was a pleasure anyway. Maria at thehotel.gr was amazing. She helped us with everything from beaches to boat rental etc. always checking if everything was ok. Best agency.
