We experienced Southern paradise villa as a well equipped clean and modern house including a garage and with comfortable bedrooms each with an own bathroom. The outdoor and pool area are beautiful with a big table for long evenings by the pool. It takes 10min by car to go to the nearest very nice beaches with caves and beach bars. Nearest restaurants are 5 min away by foot.
The lovely host works nearby quickly helped us with any request we had.
We can definitely recommend staying here as a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxed vacation!

Wunderschöne, moderne, saubere Villa. Jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer und Toilette. Nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants entfernt. Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Unglaublich freundliches Personal. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Nice host who always helped if you needed anything! Good location, with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby! Great to be able to cook yourself when you wanted and perfect with the laundry option! Liked the "Scandinavian" and modern interior style!

Der Service und der Kontakt mit dem Reisebüro war ausgezeichnet. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, auch der Transfer wurde perfekt organisiert. Bereits im Vorfeld bekommt man viele Infos über die Umgebung, die Sehenswürdigkeiten usw. Die Villen sind wunderschön und sehr empfehlenswert ! Vom Eigentümer wird man herzlich empfangen und während des Aufenthalts bestens betreut. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich Supermärkte, Strand, Restaurants... Die nette Stadt Chania ist mit dem Bus einfach erreichbar. Alles in allem: Wir würden diese Villen über dieses Reisebüro sofort wieder buchen ! Alles war perfekt !

We loved our stay at Emmanuel and Yannis lovely villa. We were a group of 6 girls and found the Villa very spacious/modern with a beautiful pool and plenty of seating around the pool. Great area, nice beach close walk and a bus stop to get into Chania. Emmanuel and Yannis are great hosts and helps us around transfers and helped us out with being flexible when our flight was delayed. We love our stay and would highly recommend.

Very practical for a group of couples with private bathrooms in each room. The living area is spacious and kitchen is fully equipped. I went there with 10 of my friends after a wedding and we very much enjoyed our stay in this villa.

Just like in the pictures, this place is the best you can ask for... It was very convenient for us (a family of 3 couples and 2 babies), homey but with luxury... The kitchen was equipped above and beyond, beds were very comfy, and the pool side area was a great fun. Leo the owner was very responsive for every request we had. Parking garage is a bit tight but we managed without a problem. Just make sure to ask to turn on the boiler for you if it's a cloudy day. Great mini market and good restaurants within 5 minutes walking.

We used two villas for 10 persons. Everyone was happy. Both hikes were immaculate and very modern. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfy and the pool was enjoyable.
