"The villa is beautiful, clean, light and airy with stunning views and the pool is perfect. I wish I was back there now sitting by the pool, looking out towards the sea with the sound of the cicadas in the olive trees that surround the property. It was the perfect place to relax."

Our stay in the villa was a unique experience. First of all it is important to stress that the view - sea and surrounding nature - is astonishingly beautiful. Especially early in the morning and with sundown the panorama is breathtaking ! Taking into account the service level and accommodation offered we must say it is certainly good value for your money. A special word of gratitude also to the owner for whom no effort is to much to make you feel at home. We would certainly recommend this property ! Although it is possible to stay in the villa with 5 people we would recommend to limit the number to 4 adults. Please be aware of the fact that the crickets in the olive trees are treating you on a nice background sound orchestra which can be quite impressive and highly present ! The services delivered before and during our stay are form a very high level ! We would certainly recommend this agency to friends and family.

every security you need for a nearly standalone position None Because of the beautiful photos we were very curious and often reality can not keep what the photos promise.
Here it is different: in reality everything has been much nicer.
We will be lasting enthusiastic - starting with the initial care up to the nice care by the owner.

At any time we got support and help from TheHotel.gr. (Maria, thank you so much), the formalism was limited to the most necessary and instead we got a wonderful route planner to find the house and they provide valuable advices on all areas (food, beaches, excursions, shopping). During our stay the agency has inquired several times and offered help.
On our arrival on a Sunday we found a filled fridge, wine, bread, fruits etc.. The owner has provided a very sophisticated, high quality house and we thank him for his generosity and care at the highest level.
The house is nestled in a perfectly laid out 5000 sq.m. plot with large (very clean) pool, outside grill, 2 terraces with sea view, Internet, Air-Condition, TV just like at home and all the safety precautions, which one wishes.
An electric gate, an alarm system, a carport, washing machine, ironing board with iron, outside shower, 3 WCs, fireplace and expensive liquors, that give you the feeling that you want to emigrate to Crete and want to live the same way.
In the end we have got 2l finest olive oil, of course so packed, that in the suitcase nothing runs out.
We are very happy and thank Thehotel.gr for the perfect preparation and follow-up and the owner for his technical refinements as an engineer and his love for detail, which can only be found when one builds a house itself.
We wish all the best and will certainly return.
